Warranty

The Lauretta products you have purchased come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Products are warranted against any manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase.

  • Plastic components: 1-year limited warranty.
  • Product finishes (Brushed Chrome, Brushed Gold, Brushed Black, Brushed Nickel, Chrome, Nickel, Gold): 5-year limited warranty.*
  • Product finishes (Matte Black, Matte Gold, White): 2-year limited warranty.*
  • Ceramic cartridges: 25-year limited warranty.*
  • Thermostatic cartridges: 5-year limited warranty.*
  • Parts (hand showers, hoses, drains, aerators, caps, handles, plates, and diverters): 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.*
  • Mirrors and electrical components: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.*

*From the date of purchase. If manufacturing defects are not covered by the warranty, the product must be inspected before processing any claims. Without this verification, the brand assumes no liability or expenses.

Under no circumstances shall Lauretta be held liable for any special, direct, or incidental damages based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, fault, or any other legal theory. Damages for which Vitalita Home Inc. is not liable include, but are not limited to:

  • Loss of profit, savings, or income;
  • Loss of product use or associated equipment;
  • Loss of capital;
  • Costs of substitute equipment, installation, or services;
  • Downtime;
  • Third-party claims, including customers;
  • Property damage or injury.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Any costs for accessing the faucet.
  • Installation or dismantling fees.
  • Normal wear and tear of components.
  • Units not installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions, local regulations, codes, or laws.
  • Issues resulting from improper maintenance or use of unsuitable cleaning products.
  • Do not use acidic detergents, abrasive sponges, steel pads, alcohol-based cleaners, disinfectants, or solvents.
  • Damage caused by hard water, lime scale, or sediment deposits.

In case of issues, defective parts must be returned properly packaged with the original proof of purchase to the original retailer. Only our authorized QualityControl experts are authorized to approve the replacement of a defective product with an identical or similar product if the original is no longer available.

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser, as long as they own the product and provide proof of purchase. It is non-transferable and does not cover labor costs, damages caused during installation, repair, or replacement, accidental or collateral damages, or shipping fees.

Lauretta products are not guarantee in exchange to the monetary value of its products or provide warranties for specific uses beyond those outlined above, whether express, implied, legal, or tacit. 

Commercial and International Limitations
In addition to the conditions mentioned above, the warranty period for any product installed in a commercial application and/or outside of North America is limited to one (1) year from the original purchase date by the owner/user from an authorized retailer. Technical specifications may be subject to change without prior notice.

Maintenance and Cleaning

To maintain the appearance of your product, clean it with mild soap, rinse with clear water, and dry with a soft cloth.
Important: Do not use abrasive, irritating, or corrosive products (such as detergents or products containing ammonia). Always rinse and/or clean faucets after using cleaning products on surrounding surfaces, including mirrors and ceramic tiles. Residues from these products may damage your faucet's finish.

Warranty Claim Requirements

All warranty claims must include a copy of the purchase invoice.
If a part or component of the product is defective, or if the finish is damaged due to normal domestic and residential use, we commit to replace the defective part(s) for the original purchaser only.
At its sole discretion, our organisation can also offer a full replacement. No compensation will be granted for loss of use, loss of income, or damages caused by water.
